THIS SATURDAY 5/2: Join the NYC Pollinators and MSCG for a day of spring native planting!

NYC Pollinators received a grant to help MSCG create native pollinator gardens in the in-ground gardens at the front and back of the garden and along the periphery of the park.  The gardening committee has been working since last fall with Xris Kreussling, a master naturalist and a member of NYC Pollinators, and his team surveying the plantingareas and sourcing the plants.  

Join us on Saturday, May 2nd from 11:00am-1:30pm to get your gloves dirty, and help us build something that gives back season after season!@

Want to come early or stay a little later? We’ll take all the help we can get:

Setup: 10:30am-11:00am

Cleanup: 1:30pm-2pm

Refreshments will be served! Plan to bring water, sunscreen, and a hat.
