FAQ:

Is all of the produce organic?
100% of the produce is not certified organic. However, the majority of the produce is local and traceable to farms.

Can customers choose what is in their box?
Produce is not customizable and all boxes contain the same items. If there is something in the bag that you do not like or are allergic to, give it to a friend, a family member, or a neighbor!

Do I have to sign up for the entire season to participate?
No, customers pay weekly and can stop and start as schedules allow!

Will you take last-minute purchases?
No, all customers must pre-pay one week prior to the distribution date to ensure we have enough produce to fulfill all of the orders.

What will come in a box?
Each Fresh Food Box will contain one kind of fruit, one salad green, one cooking green, an aromatic vegetable (like onions or garlic), a fresh herb, and a selection of seasonal vegetables. The volume and number of items is dependent on the season and wholesale price of vegetables.

Will customers know what is in the Fresh Food Box prior to paying?
Customers will not have a list of the weekly produce prior to paying. However, each box will contain a mix of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and sometimes legumes, that are in-season for the region.
